How do we collect your data?

When you view or access our website our hosting provider maintains an access log. That access log typically contains information about your request and our response. Such information includes your IP address, the time of your request, the page you requested, the user-agent of the browser, and the response code we sent. An example entry from our access logs is shown below:

We do not run any client-side third-party analytics, nor show any advertisements on our website. The website is entirely static, and does not have a backend database storing profiles or providing logins or sessions. We do not collect any other information, nor attempt to link an IP address to a user.

How will we use and store your data?

Our organisation collects server logs so that we can maintain and secure our web server. Server logs are kept for a period of 1 month before they are automatically deleted.
Aggregate statistics from the logs are created every 24 hours and kept for the purposes of analysing website performance and access. Those logs do not identify individual users, showing only aggregate statistics, for example, total page views or visitors in a particular time period.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
